When the Zip-file has been downloaded onto your computer, we recommend that you create a folder called "ItchGames" to store all your games from itch.io, then you need to extract the zip-file into, your selected game folder, after extraction, open the folder and click the Icon which is named 'Ball'inTheMazeHorror.
